Used properly, thought is like a key that opens. The Greek conception of true thinking, as outlined by Socrates, states that the art of thought hinges on conscious and rational definition, and function as a process of inquiry.

Many cultures—Native American Tribes, Taoism, Hinduism, Buddhism—are closely rooted to the earth and connected to their inherent spirituality. Even those who have been disconnected from their roots for hundreds of years come from a place honoring the earth on which they lived. You can reclaim this wisdom as an essential part of who, you truly are—a spiritual being connected to the universe having a human experience.

BLUEPRINT FOR HEALTH

More important than remedies, pills, treatments, mantras, etc is consciousness. Your level of consciousness determines your health. Raise your consciousness and you will raise your health.

These are energies that I have been working with the past four years. I first became aware of them when I was being attuned to the Teacher Level Sekhem initiation. They are the energies of fun and joy and being yourself completely and fully.
