Both these conditions can occur due to stress. When you feel tired, stressed a warm bath can bring comfort. To enhance this relaxing of pastime a bath blend can be made for your special needs by an aromatherapist. A most common bath blend uses lavender to relax the muscle and mind.
Vaporising oils in the house is a subtle way of introducing a calming scent into your environment. A person’s home is often a refuge from the strife of life. By introducing oils into the home, this refuge can be a more welcoming and peaceful place. Inhalations are generally thought to be used to clear congestion on the chest and in the nose. A five-minute inhalation of an uplifting essential oil after work can prepare you to enjoy your evening.
