Article Submission Guidelines

If you would like to submit an article here are some guidelines.

Article Guidelines ideally should include the following:

• Something useful or interesting
• Be tutorial and how-to in nature.
• Provide step-by-step instructions.
• Include examples, figures, and images.
• Write your articles with a sincere desire to teach and inform.
• How does the submission compare to previous articles.
• Should be to inform readers about a topic of interest, not a platform for advertising your business or services.

Article Allowance

You are allowed up to 6500 characters including spaces, this can be checked prior to submitting via
MS Word
>File
>Properties
>Statistics. 

Text should be submitted clean of formatting such as copying and pasting from Word or directly from a HTML Source. 

You can do this by copying and pasting first into Note Pad, which will remove all text formatting, then by copying and pasting this into the text editor provided by GaiaPulse, and then re formatting the layout before submission.

The reasons for this procedure is to prevent unnecessary coding that may be hidden, that can breach the security of the site.

Rights to Your Submissions

When you submit an article, you are giving your permission to publish it on our website, and on our sister sites. We will not publish it elsewhere, and if you want us to remove your article after it has been published, we will do so, just contact us.

Articles That Have Been Printed Elsewhere?
When some websites or publishers use your content, they want exclusive rights to it. If that is the case, then we can't publish it on our website. Please make sure you have rights to publish elsewhere before submitting.

All content, including tips, articles, code, illustrations, figures, or other content must be original and created by you. Drawing, figures, or photos must be submitted in .gif or .jpg files, and that you have copyright permission.

You can include a short biography of about 25-100 words and include in article. You can also include your e-mail address, company name, and an url to a particular page on you website. No advertising within Articles are allowed, but a link to your website url is acceptable.however Gaia Pulse administration has the right to amend articles who are openly advertising a business rather than being informative.
